  • Sustainable Design and Operation: Integrate sustainability into the design process and achieve a green rating on all our leased tenancies, assets under management and developments by 2016.
  • Incident & Injury free: Operate Incident & Injury Free and implement an Integrated Management System.
  • Valuing Our Employees: Encourage our employees to grow personally and professionally and nurture a culture of opportunity and diversity.
  • Climate Change and Energy Management: Achieve zero net carbon status in the management of our leased tenancies and assets under management by 2016 and minimise the embodied carbon footprint of our developments.
  • Water Management: Achieve zero net water usage on our leased tenancies, assets under management and developments by 2016.
  • Waste Minimisation: Achieve zero net waste to landfill by 2016 on our leased tenancies, assets under management and developments.
  • Enhancing Biodiversity and Land Use: Achieve a net increase in the ecological value of our leased tenancies, assets under management and developments.
  • Sustainable Transport Solutions: Establish a Green Transport Plan with the aim of reducing the proportion of car based transport at our leased tenancies, assets under management and developments by 50% by 2016.
  • Responsible Sourcing: Develop and implement a set of Responsible Sourcing Guidelines to ensure our suppliers and contractors are aligned to our sustainability objectives.
  • Community Development: Engage with our communities to deliver a successful development, which acknowledges its setting, engenders a sense of pride and is valued by the community which it serves.
