We believe in our people and understand that to make real improvements in our performance; sustainability needs to be championed by everyone in our organisation. This is why we have highlighted some of our successes through 'Sustainability Heroes', or 'Change Agents' as we like to call them, who have been nominated for actively engineering the change required in our operations to realise our aspiration to be a sustainable organisation and, moreover, to be a sustainable leader. We are keen to show how our talented people innovate and deliver smart solutions that not only have great benefit for our stakeholders but importantly, are best practice examples of sustainability delivery that can be replicated across our new developments, assets and leased tenancies.
